🚚 Shipping Policy

At CableLabel™ USA, every order is packed and shipped directly from our small operation in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We take pride in shipping quickly and keeping costs low for our customers.

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. 

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
If we ever expect a delay (for example, low inventory or a special print run), we’ll email you right away.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently ship using USPS and Pirate Ship for best available rates.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $39.99 (U.S. only).

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days.

  • Priority options are available at checkout if you need it faster.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email — and tracking info when applicable (priority shipments include tracking).

3. International Orders

We’re gradually expanding international shipping. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email support@cablelabelusa.com and we’ll see if we can make it happen.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their local customs agency.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or it’s been over 10 business days with no tracking update, contact us at support@cablelabelusa.com — we’ll make it right.

5. Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship once you cover the additional postage.
