At CableLabel™ every order is packed and shipped directly from our small operation in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We take pride in shipping quickly, packaging orders carefully, and keeping shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
1. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
If we expect a delay due to low inventory, a special print run, or another issue, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently ship using USPS and Pirate Ship to provide reliable service and the best available shipping rates.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $49.99.
Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after an order has shipped.
Priority shipping options may be available at checkout for customers who need their order sooner.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided when applicable; Priority shipments include tracking.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of CableLabel™’s control.
3. International Orders
We are gradually expanding international shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email support@cablelabelusa.com and we will see whether we can ship to your location.
Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping total unless they are specifically shown at checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, and carrier handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and/or carrier, not by CableLabel™.
Customs or carrier charges may be requested before delivery, during customs clearance, or upon delivery. The amount can vary based on the destination country, local regulations, shipment value, product classification, and other factors. CableLabel™ cannot calculate, control, collect, or receive these fees and cannot guarantee what amount, if any, may be charged.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges are unpaid, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, and other non-refundable costs may be deducted from an eligible refund.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cablelabelusa.com and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging, if possible.
If it has been more than 10 business days with no tracking update, contact us at support@cablelabelusa.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
CableLabel™ will work with you to find a fair resolution when an order is lost or damaged in transit.
5. Address Issues
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
CableLabel™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we can reship the order once the customer covers the additional postage cost.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing an order, please contact us at support@cablelabelusa.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
