This website is operated by CableLabel™ USA, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CableLabel™ USA.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, quantities, and descriptions. Because each batch is printed and packed manually, slight variations in print alignment or color may occur.
We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe or Wix Payments. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is suspicion of fraud, payment issues, or misprints.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or carrier issues. Once handed off to USPS, delivery timing is outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
To qualify for a refund, items must meet the conditions described there.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the CableLabel™ name, logo, images, and product descriptions — is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any content or product without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product misuse, website downtime, or shipping delays.
All products are provided “as-is.” CableLabel™ USA’s total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
