We stand behind every product we make. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
1. Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened or unused packs within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, email us at support@cablelabelusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order was damaged in transit or defective out of the package, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If the item was marked “Free Shipping,” we’ll refund the item price minus the shipping cost already covered by us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of adhesive label products, used packs can’t be resold and are non-returnable unless there’s a clear defect or misprint.
5. Exchanges
Need a different version (Hi-Viz, Studio Black, etc.)? Email us — if the pack is unopened, we’ll gladly swap it out once it’s returned.
